No sale prices disclosed in Buckland's nine July deed transfers
Nine property transfers were recorded in Buckland from July 3 to Aug. 1, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records, but none of the deeds disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported this period. Sears Street had two of the nine transfers, the only street with more than one. Two deeds -- at 143 Charlemont Rd. and 30 Crittenden Hill Rd. -- listed a bank or mortgage-registration entity as seller, while transfers at 17 Sears St. and 55 Franklin St. appear to be within-family or trust transfers. With no pricing data available, the month's market tone cannot be assessed beyond the raw count of nine recorded deeds.
