Buckland Records Eight Property Transfers; Only One Discloses Sale Price
Buckland recorded eight property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 4, 2026, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds data, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $20,000 for 12 Williams St., sold to Traders Trust Co. and T Bank. Seven of the eight transfers, including sales on Charlemont Road, Sears Street, Franklin Street, Lower Street, Crittenden Hill Road and Cross Street, did not include consideration amounts. One transfer, 55 Franklin St., moved property between family members sharing the same surname. With pricing data available for only one of eight transactions, the month's deed records offer limited insight into local home values.
