Buckland records seven property transfers in July-August span, only three prices disclosed
Franklin County Registry of Deeds records show seven Buckland property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three carried a disclosed sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $20,000 to $310,000, with a median of $155,000. The period's top disclosed sale was 15 School St. for $310,000, sold by Tex Anne Caswell to Aaron Care and Alexis Osgerby. The Town of Buckland and debt-purchaser Midland Funding LLC each appear as sellers in undisclosed-price transactions, and a trust was seller in the second-highest disclosed sale. With four of seven deeds lacking a price, the data offers a limited view of the period's overall market.
