Buckland recorded 11 property deeds between July 31 and Aug. 29, with five listing a sale price. Prices ranged from $20,000 to $500,000, with a median of $310,000 among recorded sales. The month's top transaction was 62 North St., which sold for $500,000 on Aug. 28 from S Village Rentals LLC to Palmeri Properties LLC. North Street was the only street with more than one recorded sale. Several deeds involved financial institutions as buyer or seller, and one involved a family trust. More than half of recorded deeds had no price recorded yet, limiting broader price comparisons for the period.
