The period's top recorded sale was 62 North St. at $400,000, sold by Palmeri Properties LLC to Greenfield Cooperative Bank; 49 North St. followed at $370,370. North Street was the only street with more than one recorded sale. Several transactions involved banks, a credit union or a loan-servicing company as buyer or seller, and the town of Buckland appeared as a seller on Shepard Road. With most prices not yet recorded, the data offers only a partial view of market tone this period.
