Buckland Records 10 Property Transfers as North Street Draws Two Sales
Buckland recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only four deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $155,000 to $400,000 with a median of $340,185 among those four. The period's top disclosed sale was 62 North St. at $400,000, sold by Palmeri Properties LLC to Greenfield Cooperative Bank; 49 North St. followed at $370,370. North Street was the only street with more than one recorded sale. Several transactions involved banks, a credit union or a loan-servicing company as buyer or seller, and the town of Buckland appeared as a seller on Shepard Road. With most prices undisclosed, the data offers only a partial view of market tone this period.
