Franklin County Registry of Deeds recorded six Buckland property transfers in October, but only one carried a sale price by the time this report was compiled: 2 Cross St sold for $102,500 on Oct. 30 to Blue Sky Real Estate Group LLC from trustees Deirdre Gleason and Julie Johnson. A separate transfer at 55 Franklin St was recorded for nominal consideration under $10,000 and is not counted as a sale. The other four transfers, including properties on Charlemont Road, Ashfield Street and Roundhouse Hill Road, show price not yet available. With pricing data still incomplete for most transactions, the month's market tone cannot be assessed beyond the single recorded sale.
