The other seven sales, spanning Orcutt Hill Road, Clesson Brook Road, Hog Hollow Road, Bray Road, North Street, Woodward Road and Franklin Street, have no price yet in registry data. Four of the eight transfers involved bank or institutional sellers, including Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. and Greenfield Savings Bank (twice), while one was a within-family trust transfer. With pricing available for just one of eight deeds, the month's dollar volume cannot yet be assessed.
