Buckland recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds data. Only three carried a sale price by the registry's latest update: $155,000 for 15 Orcutt Hill Rd., $330,000 for 11 Woodward Rd. and $370,370 for 49 North St., the period's highest recorded sale. The median among priced sales was $330,000. The other seven transfers, including two on North Street and two recorded the same day on East Buckland Road, have no price yet on record, a common lag in registry data. Ten transfers over four weeks reflects a steady, if not exceptional, pace of recorded activity for the town.
