Buckland recorded 13 property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only three carried a listed sale price, ranging from $150,000 to $310,000, with a median of $275,000. The month's most notable transaction was the $310,000 sale of 54 Elm St., where the buyer was Greenfield Savings Bank; another priced sale, 18 Orcutt Hill Rd. at $150,000, also listed lending institutions as the buyer. Several other transfers were trust-to-trust moves within the same family or involved a bank or credit union as buyer or seller. With pricing still missing for 10 of the 13 recorded deeds, overall market tone for the period cannot be determined from the available figures.
